Terms and Conditions

1. Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to buy from us. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell three kinds of things:

• Software subscriptions: access to our products, including Book-ah, Spectre AI and Pyxel CRM, billed monthly or annually.
• Project work: custom software, websites, design and related services, delivered under a written quote or proposal.
• Support and maintenance: ongoing care for software we have built or host, billed as agreed in writing.

Descriptions, screenshots and mockups on this website illustrate our products. They are not a promise of any specific feature unless it is written into your quote or plan.

3. Accounts

Some services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away at hello@pyxelroute.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

You agree to give accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that are used unlawfully, abusively or in breach of these terms.

4. Quotes, orders and pricing

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or US Dollars (USD) as stated at checkout or in your quote. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or when payment is taken, whichever comes first. We may decline an order for any lawful reason, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period. If you don't accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Payment

Online payments are processed by PayHere (PayHere (Pvt) Ltd), a licensed payment service provider in Sri Lanka. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards and other methods PayHere makes available at checkout. Card details are entered on PayHere's secure pages and are never stored on our servers.

By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged to the same payment method until cancelled.

Project work is usually invoiced as a deposit before work starts, with the balance on milestones or delivery, as set out in your quote. Invoices are due within 14 days unless your quote says otherwise. We may pause work or suspend access if an invoice is overdue.

6. Delivery

We don't ship physical goods. Everything we sell is delivered digitally:

• Subscriptions: access is provided immediately, or within one working day, after payment is confirmed. Login details are sent to the email address on the order.
• Project work: delivered on the timeline in your quote. Timelines depend on you providing content, feedback and approvals on time; delays on either side move the dates accordingly.
• Delivery is complete when we give you access to the software, files or deployed system described in the quote.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time. How refunds work is explained in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone else's rights;
• upload malware, or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' data;
• resell, copy or reverse-engineer our products except where the law allows it;
• send spam, or overload our infrastructure.

9. Intellectual property

Our products, website, brand, code libraries and design systems belong to Pixel Route (Pvt) Ltd. A subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for your own business while your subscription is active.

For custom project work, ownership of the deliverables made specifically for you passes to you when the project is paid in full, unless your quote says otherwise. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and components, and give you a perpetual licence to use them as part of the delivered work.

You keep ownership of all content and data you provide to us. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide the service.

10. AI features

Some products, including Spectre AI, generate content using artificial intelligence. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It is provided as a draft to be reviewed by a qualified person and is not legal, financial or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions made using it.

11. Warranties and liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, services are provided "as is" without other warranties.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if payment is overdue after we've told you about it. On termination, you can ask us to export your data within 30 days; after that we may delete it.

13. Third-party services

Our products may connect to third-party services such as booking channels, payment providers or AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For material changes affecting active subscriptions, we'll give you notice by email before they take effect.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Before going to court, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute in good faith by talking first.
